Growing up in an Italian family with a large garden and being self-providing, fresh, home-cooked and high-quality food was part of our everyday family life.
More elaborate dishes were prepared at the weekends, whereas simple but tasty meals were served during the week.
From the age of six, I helped my mother in the kitchen and learned to cook from her. I owe my passion for it to her.
I would like to pass on this spark of my passion to you and light a fire. And who knows, maybe you too will become a Cooking Maison Chef :-D.

I am not a nutritionist, a 5-star chef with Micheline awards or an expert in molecular cuisine. I simply love, enjoy and am passionate about cooking! My recipes can be prepared in 20 to 40 minutes and are ideal for fitting into everyday office life. According to my principle: Keep it simple!
These are my secret ingredients that turn my food into a culinary taste explosion or a food porn orgasm 😉!

My personal Story and Experiennce
I was diagnosed with lactose intolerance in 2000. It was a big challenge at the time, because only rice and soy milk were available, and you could only buy them in health food shops at horrendous prices!
It was unclear whether I had any other intolerances. The dietary advice was not very helpful, as I had already been advised by my doctor to avoid lactose-containing foods. So, it quickly became clear that I had to help myself.

I acquired a lot of (self-)knowledge on the subject of food intolerances. Thanks to my mother's cooking skills, it was easy for me to change my diet when I was diagnosed.
