Are you looking for a women's circle where you can reveal who you are and which will lead you straight to your innermost self?
Then the Inner Journey Circle is perfect for you!
We will explore your inner world together, strengthen the connection to your inner voice and increase your faith in yourself.
You also learn to understand and decode the messages of your soul in order to gain an even deeper connection to your true core.
Through the sharing with other women, you will take a lot out of the sharing rounds for yourself. It creates understanding and compassion for others, builds trust and a greater sense of belonging.
You are not alone in your presence and your achievements!
Once a month, we meet in a safe space and dedicate ourselves to one topic. This is chosen according to the group's energy and its composition.
THIS IS WHAT AWAITS YOU IN THE INNER JOURNEY CIRCLE
You will anchor yourself in your body with body and breathing exercises. This helps you to ground yourself and be present in the here and now.
With journaling elements, you calm your restless and erratic mind and use the power of imagination to set clear and powerful intentions.
With awareness, perceptual and mindfulness exercises, you will strengthen your intuition and sensitive perception.
As a coach and mentor with a focus on your individual personal development, I offer you a safe and protected space that gives you clear and direct access to your inner voice and your inner world.
Body, Mind and Soul
The Inner Journey Circles involve all three aspects: body - mind and soul and support you in connecting the newly acquired knowledge on all levels and integrating this experience into yourself and applying it in your everyday life.
Immerse yourself and embark on a transformative process. A circle in which you are allowed to be yourself and let go of all your masks to show yourself authentically and vulnerably.
It is a path of inner liberation that leads you to be yourself and your genuine nature. It shows you your shadows and gives you the courage to face these wounds and heal.

INNER JOURNEY CIRCLE – INTENSIVE
Four times per year I offer an Inner Journey Circle - INTENSIVE.
In the five weeks, we dedicate ourselves to a specific one theme and dive deep into this Inner Journey. In the last week we end the cycle with a ceremony.
We meet weekly online. You will receive exercises to support you in your transformation. The integration will be initiated by the ceremony.
In a private online container group, you have the opportunity to interact with other participants.
If you wish, you can book an Inner Journey 1:1 coaching session to receive customized support.
The Inner Journey Circle - INTENSIVE will take place in March, June, September and November 20205.
The number of participants is limited to 12.
