In this inner journey, you will encounter your authentic true self. You open up to a new dimension of your embodied consciousness! In this embodied consciousness you lead a self-determined and free life - free from old basic beliefs and mental and emotional limitations!

Through my intuitive sensitivity and ability to perceive subtle inner truths, I recognize where your inner obstacles lie. I encourage you to tackle these blockages step by step and release them completely. In my Inner Journey programs, I support you on your path to your inner and external shift.

Who am I actually?
What do I want?
What is my purpose in this life?

I didn't have an answer to these questions for many years. I was searching for it on the outside.

On one hand in well-paid jobs (which rarely fulfilled me) or on my travels of several months around the globe. In addition, my heart was in two worlds. As a "seconda", I grew up in two cultures. My roots are from southern Italy, but my world view is also strongly influenced by Switzerland.

I played this game for 15 years. A to-and-fro between day-to-day frustration and freedom to travel. Every trip gave me a taste of liberty. I thought I was getting closer to myself and more connected. Looking back, I know that I was actually fleeing: from myself and my inner world. The unresolved issues, emotions that had been suppressed and emotional wounds from my past...

In 2012, I reached rock bottom, which was also a decisive turning point. I had a choice: do I carry on like this and get increasingly ill or do I completely change my life? The voice inside me said quite clearly: "It simply can't continue like this!"

I made a conscious decision to do the inner work: radical honesty. Radical introspection. Radical mindset change. Breaking down protective walls. Radically letting go. Deeply embracing peace. Learn to forgive peacefully. Learning to feel emotions and feelings. Resolving shadow topics and learning to follow the voice of inner wisdom again. I reopened myself to my clairvoyance and my spiritual knowledge was reignited.

Yes, it wasn't always very pleasant.

Inner work is not just light and love, as we are often led to believe. Inner work means facing your own shadows and daemons, finding peace with the past and forgiving. First and foremost, towards yourself and the people involved. It requires really facing things and having the courage to cross the darkness. Only then will you experience true freedom and connection!

This process of inner work helped me to identify my needs, to express them and to clearly to communicate them. I learned to set boundaries and stand up for myself. I reinforced my connection to myself, my body consciousness, intuition and my heart. I became aware of my body 'cues' again and learned to feel my emotions instead of pushing them away.

Through this reconnection, I realized again what my values are, what really belonged to me and how I wanted to live my life.

You too can (re)learn to listen to the messages of your inner wisdom and your heart and have the courage to live by them. You too can follow your intuition, activate or strengthen your divination and heed your body signals so that you follow your instincts without hesitation. You too can realign and discern what belongs to you and free yourself from anything that does not belong to you and your individual path.
